How does a search engine actually "see" your webpages? What goes behind the scene? A lot of content and links displayed on a web page may not actually be visible to the search engines.
These include Flash based content, content displayed as images, content generated through JavaScript, and so on. Basically anything rendered on the client side (through your web browser) may not visible to search engines. Data that cannot be "seen" by a search engine is going to affect your Search Engine Optimization.
